Day 01
ARRIVAL IN BALIKPAPAN- LOA JANAN,
(D) :
Upon your arrival at Sepinggan
Airport of Balikpapan, be met
& transfer to loa
Janan about two hours drive.As
reach Loa Janan we board on
houseboat and
start crusing Mahakam river
to Dayak Land,overnight &
meals onboard.
Day 02
MUARA MUNTAI- TANJUNG ISUY-
MANCONG, (B,L,D)
Arrive Muara Muntai, Village
Excursion through long wooden
bridge then get on
motorized canoe to cross jempang
lake for tanjung Isuy,visit
longhouse with
native dance performance of
dayak Benuaq Tribe.Lunch enroute,then
by car or
motorcycle we go to Mancong
to visit grand Longhouse called
Lamin Mancong.
Next, return to the boat through
ohong river where a lot of animals
like proboscis
monkey you can see on branches,
then ipward to the next destination,
ovetnight
& meals onboard.
Day 03
MELAK- KERSIK LUWEY, (B,L,D)
:
Arrive Melak, we join overland
trip by car visit Kersik Luwey,where
we will try
To see the wild black orchid
and other kalimantan floras
in this national park.
Next, to Barong Tongkok to visit
old & original longhouse
of Dayak Tunjung
Tribe with its unique form &
ornament. Lunch enroute, Back
to the boat,
accomadatioan & meals onboard.
Day 04
TENGGARONG – BALIKPAPAN,
(B,L,D)
Arrive Tenggarong where you
will have opportunity join city
tour and visit
Mulawarman Musium , where the
Kutai Kingdom inheritance are
displayed.
Lunch, onboad while downward
to Loa Janan, arrive Loa Janan
we get on the
coach for returning to Balikpapan
and have accommodation at Hotel.
Day 05
BALIKPAPAN - DEPARTURE
Breakfast at hotel then free
at own leisure until the time
for transfering to
airport for departure flight.
